Rosé
Our rosé champagnes enchant with their delicate nuances and aromas of fresh red fruits. Their balance and finesse reveal a subtle vibrancy.
The rosé is an elegant champagne – both cheerful and subtle.
It is prized for its distinctive color, ranging from delicate pink and peach hues to deep purple, as well as for its fruity aromas. It is primarily made from dark grapes such as Pinot Noir and Meunier, although Chardonnay may also be used. The pink color is achieved through the maceration of the skins of dark grapes in the must – a technique that distinguishes rosé Champagne from other Champagne varieties.
There are two manufacturing processes:
The assemblage : In this method, musts from white and dark grapes are blended with a small amount of red wine (between 5 and 15%) to achieve the characteristic rosé color.
Rosé de Saignée : Here, the contact time between the skins of the dark grapes and the must (from a few hours to 24 hours) is controlled. This gives the Champagne an intense rosé color and more pronounced, vinous aromas.

Brut nature/ Extra Brut
Champagne without dosage or Brut Nature (0 to 3 g sugar per liter) and Extra Brut (0 to 6 g sugar per liter) reveal the full purity of the terroir.
The desire of independent winemakers to express the delicate nature of the fruit in its purest form, coupled with climate change—which is producing increasingly ripe and aromatic grapes—has contributed to an evolution in winemaking practices over the past twenty years. The addition of dosage liqueur is no longer as essential as it once was and is increasingly becoming a fundamental stylistic consideration.
Brut Nature and Extra Brut champagnes present themselves vividly; their fine tension gives them a precise and radiant style.
A well-balanced champagne – straightforward and refined at the same time.

Blanc de Noirs
Blanc de Noirs is a unique expression in the world of Champagne. It is made exclusively from dark-skinned grapes, primarily Pinot Noir and Meunier. Despite their origin, these Champagnes are white – a characteristic resulting from the absence of contact with the grape skins during the pressing process. This method gives Blanc de Noirs a more intense golden-yellow color compared to other Champagnes, as well as a full-bodied character. Ripe fruit notes and a generous structure lend it its distinctive personality.
An expressive champagne with a distinctive character.

Vintage Champagne
Each vintage champagne captures the spirit of an exceptional year in which the vines produce grapes of exceptional quality.
The balance and complexity of these Champagnes are a testament to the long time required to produce these exquisite wines. Bottle aging lasts at least three years, often four to six years, and for some masterpieces, even up to ten years. They are an expression of the individual house's signature style as well as the ideal climatic conditions of an exceptional vintage. They are characterized by a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with each vintage developing a unique flavor profile shaped by the climatic conditions of its year and the specific vineyard plot or terroir.
Special champagnes for those moments worth celebrating.
