Who we are

The art of enjoying things differently

At QUAST COLLECTION, champagne is more than just a drink: it's the perfect companion to life's big and festive moments. But ultimately, it's an invitation to make every moment special – authentic and unique.

Each selected bottle reflects our winemakers' ambition to create a unique product – and you can see that in every detail.

It is this subtle alchemy – between precision and emotion – that makes a glass of champagne an unforgettable experience.

A story about pearls in a glass, strong women, and pure emotions

QUAST COLLECTION was born out of a desire to share our passion for Champagne. We believe in the power of emotions and the multifaceted stories that make up a Champagne.

Our cuvées are living narratives: Champagne pearls that reflect the terroir, the centuries-old craftsmanship and the individual personality of the winemaker who creates them.

Champagne is not just a drink, but a philosophy: sharing joy, creating experiences, celebrating elegance.

Why QUAST COLLECTION

The name is a tribute to our roots and our grounding: a carefully and lovingly selected collection, conceived in Frankfurt, but characterized by a deep passion for the French art of living.

Between German quality standards and French elegance, QUAST COLLECTION allows two cultures to enter into dialogue to offer a refined, sincere and timeless experience.

Enjoying Champagne Properly

The ideal temperature

Champagne unfolds its full vibrancy at 8 to 10 °C. If it's too cold, the aromas remain hidden; if it's too warm, it loses its freshness. Vintage champagnes are particularly well-suited to slightly higher temperatures (10 to 12 °C).

Enjoying Champagne Properly

Every glass of champagne is a refinement of the moment. The correct serving temperature, the choice of the appropriate glass, the art of serving... Every detail counts to bring out all the nuances of the champagne. Our tips will guide you, transforming the tasting into a ritual that lives up to its promise.

The choice of glass

A tulip glass or a white wine glass is best. The shape – wide at the bottom, slightly narrower at the top – allows the bubbles to rise and simultaneously concentrates the aromas. Avoid overly narrow flutes, which trap the fragrances, and overly wide bowls, which cause them to dissipate too quickly.
