The nose reveals lime and Granny Smith apples, accompanied by delicate yeasty notes. On the palate, it is clear and fresh, with a creamy texture and noticeable vibrancy. The dynamic bubbles add liveliness, and the finish remains citrusy and precise. Not a restrained Chardonnay style, but a Blanc de Blancs with presence and bite – a Champagne that brings energy to the glass."
