The origin of her own brand lies in the vineyards she inherited from her mother. Her grandmother was already a Champagne winemaker from Ambonnay; she had persuaded her husband – a dairy farmer – to dedicate himself to winemaking instead.
In 2016, Laurianne took over her mother's nine parcels of land, spread across six different terroirs. The estate was officially transferred to her in 2023. She made the decision to discontinue malolactic fermentation and work without it to best express the purity of her grapes. With great skill, she brings out the best in her Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which thrive in renowned Premier Cru terroirs such as Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Louvois.
Although her production is very limited, she has already celebrated great successes: Her rosé champagne regularly sells out and made her a finalist in the prestigious “Jeunes Talents du Champagne” (Young Champagne Talents) award in 2021.
