THE SENSORY EXPERIENCE

The nose is initially transported to a world of charcoal, soot, and incense. This is accompanied by balsamic notes of camphor and eucalyptus. Subsequently, a spicy dimension unfolds, accompanied by red fruits and scents of myrtle and blackcurrant.
On the palate, the woody character elegantly unfolds with delightful notes of cocoa and coconut. The tannins from the wood lend a pleasant sensation of freshness and balance. The finish reveals aromas of leather and animal nuances.

Our sommelier, Manuela Prieth, on this champagne:

“A Blanc de Noirs with a modern touch. The nose is exciting and multifaceted: hay, rosemary, fig, pear chutney, and freshly baked sourdough bread. On the palate, it is dry, complex, and full of character, with fine, elegant bubbles. A Champagne that displays individuality and appeals to all those who appreciate a purist style.”

The safety of your order is our priority. We use certified shipping boxes with reinforced dividers to optimally protect each bottle against shocks and impacts.

What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?

In the event of obvious transport damage, please report it immediately to the delivery driver and contact us. This helps us process the claim with the carrier, but it does not affect your legal warranty rights.

Can I order larger quantities for private parties or corporate events?

With pleasure. We provide individual advice for larger events. For orders of 24 bottles or more, we would be happy to prepare a personal offer to ensure stock availability. Please contact us directly.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer. Please return the goods in a resalable condition.

Why does the delivered bottle differ slightly from the photo?

According to § 6 of our Terms and Conditions, products may vary slightly in shape, color, or vintage (e.g., label or packaging), especially during vintage changes, provided the essential product characteristics are maintained.

How should I best store the champagne?

To preserve the quality and delicate nuances of our champagnes, the bottles should be stored lying down, in a dark place, and at a constant temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
