What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?

In the event of obvious transport damage, please report it immediately to the delivery driver and contact us. This helps us process the claim with the carrier, but it does not affect your legal warranty rights.

Can I order larger quantities for private parties or corporate events?

With pleasure. We provide individual advice for larger events. For orders of 24 bottles or more, we would be happy to prepare a personal offer to ensure stock availability. Please contact us directly.

How should I best store the champagne?

To preserve the quality and delicate nuances of our champagnes, the bottles should be stored lying down, in a dark place, and at a constant temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
