What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We deliver exclusively within Germany. The general delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
How do you ensure that the bottles arrive safely?
The safety of your order is our priority. We use certified shipping boxes with reinforced dividers to optimally protect each bottle against shocks and impacts.
What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?
In the event of obvious transport damage, please report it immediately to the delivery driver and contact us. This helps us process the claim with the carrier, but it does not affect your legal warranty rights.
Can I order larger quantities for private parties or corporate events?
With pleasure. We provide individual advice for larger events. For orders of 24 bottles or more, we would be happy to prepare a personal offer to ensure stock availability. Please contact us directly.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer payments via Shopify Payments (Credit Card, SEPA), Klarna (Invoice, Pay Now), PayPal, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are SSL-encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer. Please return the goods in a resalable condition.
Why does the delivered bottle differ slightly from the photo?
According to § 6 of our Terms and Conditions, products may vary slightly in shape, color, or vintage (e.g., label or packaging), especially during vintage changes, provided the essential product characteristics are maintained.
How should I best store the champagne?
To preserve the quality and delicate nuances of our champagnes, the bottles should be stored lying down, in a dark place, and at a constant temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
